Return & Exchange Policy
At our store, we deal in books and printed materials. Therefore, we follow a strict return and exchange policy.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered, except in the following cases:
- Wrong book delivered
- Damaged or defective book
- Missing or misprinted pages
In the above cases, we will provide a free replacement.
Exchange for Wrong Order by Customer
If a student/customer has ordered the wrong book by mistake and wants to exchange it, we can arrange an exchange under the following conditions:
- Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- The book must be unused and in original condition
- Forward and return shipping charges will be paid by the customer
- Exchange will be processed after the incorrect book is returned to us
Important Conditions
- Unboxing video is mandatory for wrong/damaged product claims.
- Book must be unused and not damaged by the customer.
- Slight damage to outer packaging during shipping is not considered a defect.
- We reserve the right to reject return/exchange if conditions are not met.
